im 5 foot 5 and 127 pounds my waist is 28' and im aiming to be 115 before chrismas... is that a healty weight? am i heavy?? now

  1. You are fine right now but you would still be okay at 115bs. I wouldn't really go under 115 though.

  7. 127 lbs is right in the middle of the healthy weight for someone 5' 5 ".

    115 lbs would be ok if you  are 5' 2" or so....

    are you asking if you are heavy because you have a ring of fat around your middle ?

    I hope you can see that there is nothing wrong with you when you look in the mirror

  8. you are not overweight at all!  you're a perfect weight actually.  you're not one of those skimpy models.

    being 5'5 and 115 pounds isn't healthy so i wouldn't try losing that much weight.  try to maintain htat weight and stay healthy!

  9. Your ideal weight would be 125 lbs so above 145 lbs could be regarded as overweight and below 105 lbs could be regarded as underweight.  Your weight is excellent.
