Healty food?? Please I need some recomendation?

Well the situation is like this; I need some recomendation about eating healty food, for ex. what is best to eat in the morning, in the afternoon at the eveing!

Fruits, vegetables...???

Gotta read labels and the food pyramid.  A healthy diet consists of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and dairy products.  Each person is different as to how their balance works best.  For me, I work better (and look better) if I eat almost as many protein grams as carb grams.  Others are better suited to a higher carb or lower carb balance.  Also you should be drinking water.  A good guage for your water intake is to take the number of pounds you weigh and divide by half.  So if you weigh 120 pounds, you should be drinking 60 ounces of water every day, or about 5 tall glasses of water.

    Here is a healty day of food:

    breakfast: 1 egg white omelette(4 egg whites or a 1/2 cup egg beaters)  with diced green peppers, chopped lean deli ham, sliced mushrooms, and reduced fat cheddar cheese, 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted

    snack:

    30 grapes and 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese

    lunch:

    1 turkey sandwich-- including 2 slices whole grain bread, deli mustard, reduced fat swiss cheese (1 ounce--typically 1 slice), 1 slice tomato, 1 leaf lettuce, pickles--, and about 15 baby carrots

    snack:

    1 ounce whole almonds, 1 cup strawberries

    dinner:

    1 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti noodles, 1/2 cup commercial spaghetti sauce, and a salad consisting of 1 1/2 cups baby spinach, 5 baby carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 red bell pepper, 2 Tablespoons light dressing (my favorite is Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette, Lighten Up)
