Heard a song in Istanbul, what was it?

I was walking around Istanbul, and I saw a music video for a song that I think was in Turkish. Here's my best guess for what the main part of the song was saying, "arrivederci maldeesh", and the singer was a man.

Well, arrivederci is Italian.  It means "farewell."  I'm pretty sure the song you heard wasn't Turkish, but in fact Italian.
