Heard of a BNSF/NS merger ?

worked with a conductor that said his buddy works for the NS and that the BNSF logo is on there pay stubbs. has anyone heard anything?

This has been a rumor for several years now.  I think the paystub thing is total baloney for a number of reasons.  I don't believe it at all.  BTW, I am an occasional writer for RR magazines and have absolutely nothing.  Not sure the FTC would go along with any Clas 1 RR mergers at the moment anyway.

Hummm.... BNSF logo on NS electronic pay stubs? The only logo mine had was the name of the company that does NS payroll.
