  1. don't waste you money - you would be better off doing more research on diet research - try a consumers institute for their unbiased research - or this one (below) herbal life is a quick fix for those too lazy to make their own protein shakes from  honey, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a cereal base (weetabix) thats all...... but good luck anyway

  2. It's like Shaklee, Amway or any of those other "pyramid" scheme product pushers.

I bought some of their vitamins years ago and was not satisfied, they are very hard on the stomach. (they don't digest well)

If you want to know how a vitamin breaks down in the acid of your stomach, place them in vinegar and see how long they take to dissolve. Herbal Life took two full days! Don't waste your money!

  3. Another way to sell products that have not been proven they work, but cost a lot of money.

Ask for their science and data and their double blind, placebo controlled, clinical human trials. I bet they cannot provide them.

  4. Herbal Life was a series of vitamin and health supplements designed by a guy who wanted to improve his health.

Unfortunately, he died of the diseases he was trying to cure with his own products.

Some people do swear by certain products. Some people have noticeable changes taking herbal supplements, others notice zero changes. My father-in-law has been taking Juice Plus and noticed immediate changes, his wife has many more health problems and is taking longer to notice benefits.

My husband is like those commercials where the guys quits this and loses 20 pounds and the girl quits the same thing and loses zero. He quit sodas and dropped 20 lbs. I quit sodas and gained ten.

It's actually much better to change your eating habits than it is to rely on supplements for health. My mom has a friend who keeps trying to get me to listen to her herbal remedies schpiel, I say she needs to lose 200 pounds first and get some better skin happening before I will listen to her.

The truth about Herbal Life is that it is just another vitamin supplement sold by yet another company that tries to sell direct like a pyramid scheme than sell reliable, decent products than do as they claim.

You would do better going to Vitamin World in the mall or GNC and talking with someone on staff there. Better yet, start switching your snacks from chips and candy to fruits and nuts and see what happens. Swith from sodas to herbal teas and 100% unsweetened fruit juices (where YOU add the sugar or not), and drink water. Quit drinking coffee and alcohol for 1 month and see what happens. Then ask again if you still need supplements to improve your health. You may find you don't need vitamin supplements when you eat more vegetables than meats or breads.

As for making money selling Herbal Life, not many do. Companies such as Herbal Life, Mary Kay, and Avon are out of favor right now because so many people have been burned or simply no longer love their products. Customers are fewer because of a down-turn on the economy and frankly, I'm allergic to all Avon and Mary Kay products (they make me itch like crazy!). And don't fall for MonaVie either, their acai berry juice gave me cramps and the runs!

Nope, the others are right, they are more towards being pyramid schemes than being real, reliable, working products.

  5. i don't know why these people are talking bad about herbal life.you all should go to a meeting, and see how wrong and pathetic you are being.i am a herbal life supervisor and proud of it and so happy with their products.like i said before you all need to go to a meeting and learn a lot about the history and products of this great company, and also listen to life changing testimonies, and they have proof.HERBAL LIFE IS GREAT!!!!!!
