iv not heard anything about this but i think if Rangers do what they have done before with guys like Gattuso and Arteta, go to the Big clubs and ruffle through thier youngsters and pull out the one or two with real raw potential, pay a few bob, ignore the clauses and you have a player who will turn out a class act, if not only for a few years while you rebuild

Celtic have recently done it with Crosas, mabye this is the way forward in the short term for the Old Firm.
