Hearing beautiful music in sleep...?

Question

A few nights ago I fell asleep for just a few minutes and heard this mystical music. It was awesome, but once the vocals started I woke up. Also, it happened to me before, but instead I heard a vivid guitar solo. What makes this happen? Does it mean anything?

Sigmund Freud's Theory on Dreams says that dreams are a way to solve problems we can not solve in a concious state. To hear harmonious and soothing music in your dream, is a good omen of prosperity,pleasure and the expression of your emotions in a positive way. Music serves to heal the soul.
