Hearing impaired jobs europe??

I am Shrikant Garg. I am hearing impaired. My father retired since 1997. I am 25 years old. I live in India. I have done MCP/MCSE/ MCDBA /MCSA. I have not got any degrees. I have worked about 3 years experience. I will do IT Training. I am not good all india degree study. I have applied job sites (job online others sites europe) about 1 years ago. I have not received it. I think... I will go to work permit (UK, Ireland, Germany, all europe). How will I get my new job in europe? Please do let me know...

I am not sure your hearing impairment will be too much of a disability factor in the fields you have chosen to pursue.  The job market is very, very tough righ now, so keep up with the online job searches, use temporary placement agencies, and maybe start the IT training, if the university you go to would have a good post-graduate placement department to work with you afterward.  Good luck.
