22 year old male. 170 pounds 6'1.I run 3-4 miles every other day and weight lift on my off days. I run 3 miles in 25 minutes on average at a training pace and I can run 3 miles in 19-20 minutes during a race.After a 25 minute 3 mile run my heart rate will drop to 100 fairly fast but then it will stay there for like 20 minutes and then slowly, slowly climb back down to between 66-76Is this normal?
