I do a combination of jogging running and sprinting when I go out for a short jog 3o minutes to an hour or so. It has only happened on a couple occasions in the last couple years, but I start stressing my heart.
i can totally snap it while doing a burst of sprinting.. and it stays soar after that.. well last night I was out and it happened - I notice that pressing down on my chest can subdue the pinch - and I kept running - actually I had a crazy fast sprint 10 minutes into jogging with the pain although it was a little mental at first.
Not new but it is the day after and my muscles are soar in my legs a little low energy nothing new from a heavy jog/run the day before - my heart is still noticable in my chest. I'm wondering if there is a specific way I should be treating my heart - was it just torn muscle from cardio, it heals up, I'm just wondering if I am actually jepordizing my health in anyway with pushing myself - as I still have tons of energy it is just a little chest pain.
