My heart is beating approx. 145 beats per minute. I'm a 15 yr. old diabetic. For the past two days, I've had a stomach virus and I can't keep anything down. Is this okay, or am I coming down with something more serious?

  1. Are you saying that this increase to 145 occurred when you were  having the virus? This increase is too much.

    What is your normal heart rate?

    If it is above 100 you should consult a doctor.
