  1. Grilled Tomatoes

    Halve tomatoes vertically and cut a notch to remove core.

    Season with s & p and place under a preheated grill in a baking tray in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are hot.

    Sandwiches:- Double Deckers.

    3 Slices of bread.

    Tomato. Sliced

    Cold Meat.

    Seasonings.

    Spread bread.

    Place fillings on two of the slices of bread and season.

    Stack one on top of the other and top with the third slice, spread side down and cut into diagonals or cubes.


  2. Nothing is heartier than a baked potato.  They actually only have 90-100 calories, so that isn't too bad:)  It's what you put into it that's fattening:)  Try fresh salsa and non-fat sour cream ... or a low-calorie Ranch salad dressing

  3. I love the blueberry Special K bars.  But nothing better than fruits and vegetables (dip them in low fat/fat free sour cream mixed with your favorite seasoning, such as curry or steak seasoning).

  5. knudsens non fat cottage cheese. Add fruit to it.  I love it.

  6. Boiled eggs.

    1% milk.

    Fruit.

    Pot corn without butter.

    Fiber One bars.

    Oatmeal bars.
