Heat Capacity of hot chocolate? I really Need HELP!!!!!!?

I don't understand about heat capacity at all!!! Is it how hot something can get or how much hot something can hold? Please help! Please! I really need it! I was wondering if somebody could tell me the heat capacity of hot chocolate or maybe just an average mug or if those don't make sense ANYTHING really... I NEED HELP!!!

Well the average boiling point of water is 100 degrees. In higher elevations like Colorado it is less. Normally adding stuff to water changes the boiling point.

Heat flows to cold, cold draws heat away from an object.  That is why there is insulation to prevent or slow this process.
