  1. keep energy with like snacks every once in awhile. nothing heavy. and oooh yeah like everyone is saying "a ton of water" just not all at once that you feel like you can't jump haha. so yeah small sips frequently and then take big ones some other times. but uhm...dood. sunglasses/visor preferebly sunglasses. the sun messes with your eyes and you brain and iick.

  2. Don't eat heavy meals.  Eat lightly i.e. no mexican food.  Also bring gatorade that helps a lot along with water.

  3. Water and shade.

Dark Side suggested wetting your hair.  Good answer.  Your head is a main source of heat.  Also wet your neck.  It is a good way to feel cooler.

Find shade whenever you can.  If you can get a shower in between games or a quick dip in the water, you will cool your entire body at once.

  4. Hey good ideas! I was going to suggest bring some water with you, lots of it actually! You don't want to get heat stroke because then you definantley won't be able to play and it'll affect your game! Maybe go for a small swim to cool and relax yourself before a game and wet your hair before you start to keep yourself cooler. Make sure you wear sunblock also because it will help deflect the hot sun!

  5. drink a toonnnnnnn of water....it should keep you hydrated and keep your game up!
