Heat exhaustion question?

I am wondering if i had heat exhaustion? On friday in dance P.E. i started to see like black dots everywhere and then everything turned white and i couldn't see anything! and then i felt like i was going to faint but then the teacher got the nurse and got me into the shade then they took me to the office where it was cold and they told me i was very pale, do you think i had heat exhaustion?

no, heat exhaustion usually starts with a really bad headache and you stop perspiring sounds more like you haven't been eating right
