Heated Seats in 2002 Buick Regal (Joseph Abboud)

Question

Driver's heated seat won't work. I already checked the fuses. I am told that the element in the bottom seat cover is the problem, but the back section is ok. Where can I get the part, & is it a job best left to the mechanics?!
