Question:

Heater runs for 20 minutes then shuts off

I have an All Pro multi fuel 110,000 BTu heater. I checked the eye and drained the tank. If I run the heater without the cover on it, it runs all day. When I put the cover back on , it only runs for 20 minutes and shuts off. Could the air stream be blowing out the flame?
