Heater won't turn on

Question

I have a new comfort zone ceramic heater. model CZ441. It is no longer working and I just bought it about a month ago. It tipped over (it was sitting on the carpet and tipped over) and now I can't seem to get it to come on. I found what I believe is the reset button on the bottom of the heater, which causes the heater to com on, but it doesn't stay on.
