Heath Ledger death theories?

Um, yes I know this has been discussed millions of times over and I know it's not respectful really to discuss how one dies but I'm so curious about this...and I've seen some pretty horrid conspiracies about his death regarding Jack Nicholson. People always jump to the conclusion that Heath was doing heroin or crack or something. I see it everywhere, I mean, I thought this was just a simple anxiety-based situation where he ODed on sleeping pills after his joker role...

from the limited information that the media released, it sounded like he was on multiple sleeping pills and anti-depressants prescribed by more than one physician.... they are stating it was an accidental overdose, and I'd say that it's likely.  not many people pay attention to what medications they are taking, and at what times.  A lot of pain-killers and sleeping pills are narcotics, which when taken in large doses, or together can actually cause a heightened affect, and can lead to respiratory failure (when breathing stops) if there is no medical intervention, which is likely if he was alone and it went unnoticed, this will lead to death.

It's pretty clear cut HOW he died.... whether or not it was intentional, accidental, or some sort of conspiracy, i doubt we'll ever know for sure, though i'm sure tabloids will continue for years to come to try to reveal 'new' information about the case... just to earn a buck, and to not let his family grieve properly and move on.
