who else thinks if he doesnt get nominated and win, it will be the biggest snub at the oscars of all time!

well...no disrespect to him and all. i just think, if someone passes away that shouldnt automatically mean he should win. i just dont think he was the best.

well it would be something if he got it but why should he get it?

i'm not all that a fan but i have seen a few movies that he's done and i've never seen where he was oscar worthy of any of them?

i think they people want him to win it because of his death.

I do becuz he kicked *** in that film. Heath ledger did a fabolous job of doing the koker better than Jack Nicholson and anyone else who did it HANDS DOWN. But being honest he passed away and it would be nice if he got nominated that would be cool.

He was good, but why make the judgement on him winning it this early, with all the fall Oscar-Bait films still in the bullpen?  Wait and see some of those performances before giving him the Oscar or saying it'd be a snub if he didn't win.  I hear this is the year of the male actors...many many many many great performances both in lead actor and supporting actor.

Heath did a good job as the Joker.

But, Jack Nicholson was still the Best Joker.

I don't think that Heath should get it just because he has since passed.
