Heath coverage?

i have a 1 yr old son i dont live with the mother she gets free health coverage from the state would i be able to get it also even though i dont live with them??

You honestly are asking if you can get on the childrens health insurance plan because your child is on it because you do not provide his health insurance?  Are you serious?

Probably not. She probably gets coverage for her son because she is low income. Your income will determine your eligibility.
