Heathrows terminal 5?

i keep reading different stories about it is fully opertional and some it is almost there

heathrows t5 was a good idea till the day it opened the staff hadn't been trained with the new technologie     and the ground staff hadn't a clue what to do  i think this should have been put back a extra month or so, so the staff could get used to the technolgie  

T5 is still not fully operational  it is still in shambles i went throught heathrow last week and the staff are running around like headless chickens
