Hi,
We have just moved in to our rental house which has been empty for a while, it has a Vulcan cx heating/air conditioning system (reverse cycle I believe), we have tried unsucessfully to get the heating side working, all we can get is cold air blasting out of the vents.
We did ask someone to have a look, he said the pilot light had gone out and he re-lit it, the unit kicked into life and you could see the gas meter moving so gas was getting into the system, I left it running for a while but cannot get any hot air coming through. We have no instruction manual to work with and we are finding it rather cold, can you suggest anything we can do.
