Question:

Heating up Leftover Pork Chops

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

I had made pork chops in the skillet and now I am using up the left overs. I was thinking of putting them in a pan with some potatoes, carrots and gravy and topping the chops with mozarella cheese. Do you think they will get dried out in the oven? Any tips or ideas on what else I could do with them. Thanks all = )

  1. I usually pour a small can of cream of mushroom soup over them and then put them in the oven.

  2. Anytime you'd like to reheat meat/pork of any kind in the microwave and keep it moist, wrap it in a wet paper towel.

We do it all the time, and it's still moist after heating.

  3. Yum that sounds really good. I would just slice up the pork chops really thin first and then cook it. That way it would heat up quickly without drying out

  4. you can also chop up onions and make gravy on top of them this will keep them moist

  5. As long as they are in a gravy before heating, this will keep them moist.
