Heavy Set WAITRESS QUESTION?

would it bother u to be waited on by a heavy sat

waitress?

I just notice that I dont see alof of heavy set waitresses

out there, especally at more of the upscale places.

no it wouldnt bother me what difference does it make if theyre skinny or fat its not like were talking about 2 different species but it is weird that i do only see skinny ones at the fancy restaurants...

haha thats because waitressing is such a high activity job that they probably lost weight.  :)  I've worked with heavy set waitresses though, they were some of the sweetest people and the best at what they did.

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest - cute waitresses are cute wairesses whatever the size.  And if they do their job properly too that's a bonus.

Good service is good service. Size doesn't matter. As long as they are polite and helpful.

Does not matter to me. If the description is you, don't worry about what other people think. Do your best at what ever you do, and be good to your self.

As long as the waitress is good at her job, like, remembers to bring my drink and gets my order correct and is pleasant, I really don't care if she's heavy.  But you're right, I don't really see a lot of heavy waitresses either.

No, it wouldn't bother me as long as the waitress was appropriately dressed.

   The fact that you don't see many heavy-set waitresses probably has to do with the discrimination experienced by heavier people. I'm pretty sure that it's much easier to get a job waitressing if you're slim.

Now that you mention it, I don't recall ever seeing any heavy-set waitresses or waiters at any of the high-end restaurants.  In fact they probably wouldn't to hire heavy-set men or women to wait on tables for fear of any clientele problems.  I HAVE however been waited on by heavier set waitresses and it hasn't bothered me ever.  In fact, they've been just the sweetest people.

No, it wouldn't bother me, unless she's one of these obese people who are always sweating and she dripped sweat into my food. Then it would bug me.

You probably don't see them in the more upscale places because those resturants would be most likely to discriminate against overweight people to "preserve their image". Frankly, I'm happy they're out working rather than staying home claiming disability because they sit on their butts for 10 hours a day eating unhealthy foods, then end up needing to be cut out of their home when a medical emergency occurs.

There are many large size waitresses ..... worked with some....  and no it would not bother me at all.....as long as the server does a good job.....size doesn't matter to me.
