Well i need help a bit, i am going to quite boxing for a bit, and leave my boxing/mma club for about 4-5 months. Its basically to finish up some stuff for school, make some more money.

I still want to continue to improve my boxing and mma. I have a punching bag, but no stand...and its really light like 100 pounds.

Should i get the punching bag stand for my bag

or should i get a standing heavy bag

i saw some standing heavy bags that were almost 300lbs, but i never hit one because we just have the regular bags that hang from the sealing at my gym so i dont no if it will feel the same as hiting your standard punching bag...

i also want to work on my front kicks and switch kicks...so which one should i get.

  1. na definitely get a hanging heavy bag, standing heavy bags need to be filled with sand and water and get messy.
