Heavy periods 14 years old?

i am 14 and i have heavy periods every month, they are on time every month and I'm not pregnant or anything. is this normal for some people?

it's very normal. it doesn't matter about the age though. every ones period is different. you'll be fine. trust me. i'm just a age below you so i'm fresh on this topic.
