it might not matter what answer you're given it seems all the tornados and hurricane madness and an inconvenient truth and whatever scientists come up with isnt enough to beleive in global warming, i say then lets just gas up the planet and see what happens and don't worry GOD will fix everything

The biggest problem with global warming is that we cannot possibly predict its effects. Sure, we can predict that the average global atmosphere may go up a degree or two. But what effect does that have locally?

Nobody knows. Currently the biggest driver of local weather patterns is ocean currents. There is no doubt that these will change over time; but how they will change, and how that change will be effected by global warming, nobody knows. Will the Gulf Stream move? The Humboldt current? Movement of the Gulf Stream should make Europe and East Coast USA significantly colder, and a bit drier as well. But will it happen? Some people have guessed, but they don't know.

As ocean currents and ocean temperatures change, so will local climate patterns. So one area that is currently a desert will become a rainforest, and one area that is currently a rain forest will become a desert. But which one? Again, nobody knows.

One mountain may get a lot more snow with global warming, another will get less. But there is nobody who can predict which one will get more or which one will get less. This is the problem with global warming - it's impossible to predict.

we as human beings couldnt change the earths climate if

we tried..

mt st. helen pour out more ozone killing CFC's then all the freon on the planet were to be released at once...

the gulf of mexico spills more oil by mother nature in one week then all the oil wells mankind has done in its history

we have more trees now , and healther then we had century ago

global warming sells books and movies

and keeps whacos paid for making speechs.. thats the bottom line

The increased moisture in the air.  The truth is: the oceans are what's indicating that there is global warming.  They have raised 1.6 degrees in the past 30 years.  That is enough to increase evaporation and melt ice.  The air climate is harder to follow because of constant sporadic changes.

global warming causes the earth to heat up rapidly when the long waves get trapped inside the atmosphere

it causes the seasons to be more extreme instead of the entire year becoming warmer

there was tons of snowfall perhaps because of increased flooding means increased winter precipitation vice versa (snow)
