  1. She can sue the cab company or just ask them to pay for damages after she gets 3 estimates. Once the cab co. finds out she doesn't have insurancve, they will probably balk at paying the claim and wait for her to sue them. (What makes you think she should have the right to sue the cab co. when she doesn't have the insurance to cover the other party if she were "at fault" in an accident?)

  2. "My brother was in the process of burglarizing someone's home when he tripped over a loose floor tile and fell down, breaking some bones and causing a lot of pain..."

Can he sue the homeowner? Yes. Is it a good idea to do so? I wouldn't recommend it.

Your sister was breaking the law at the time when she had the accident. It is a shame that she was injured. If there was serious gross negligence on the part of the cabbie you may have a good case. I would talk to a lawyer for a free consultation.

  3. She should not be driving without proper insurance.

  4. She should not have move the car with out it. If you can afford insurance walk.

  5. Your sister is bad then and she is gonna get in alot of trouble
