Heeeey.. i just mixed a little ammonia and bleach :p Im ok enough to type but for how long? >>?

Question

I was cleaning my moms bathroom for her, and I looked down at the toilet brush, and I thought "yuck, that should really be disinfected, or replaced" but since I didnt want to run to the store to get a new one I just got out the trust bleach and sprayed it, over the toilet bowl, where a little bit got into the bowl that still had toilet bowl cleaner all over the sides. Am I going to die? I flushed the toilet 3 times, and hosed off the toilet brush but im afraid if I did inhale anything, will it affect me :s I was only in there for like 30 seconds till i realized what I did, then started undoing it. I didnt notice any strong fumes and im not dizzy (im typing on a laptop :p) but still...

no it was just the chemical reaction of the two..they don;t mix. you will be find. just open a window , let fresh air in.

You're fine.

If you had inhaled any you would've known it pretty much instantly.

It would've burned your lungs.

yea... you're going to die...  lol...

no silly you won't die.  if you felt no effects when you inhaled it, you should be fine.  normally when you inhale stuff like that it feels like the cilia in you throat is burning... even when that happens you still don't die.  if you didn't feel that then you're fine
