Heel Stretch Problem?

Ok, So i can kick really high and stuff, but i can't seem to hold my heel stretch. I cannot get my leg that i am standing on to go straight! Its always bend a little. Please help!

  1. Try and do it and focus on something and just remove everything out of your mind. Try resting your leg on a wall for support.


  2. heel stretches are harder than kicking because they work your hamstrings more. or at least it feels like that.

    do these:

    -get over-splits

    -continue doing heel stretches as you are and eventually you will have them perfectly!

    i would suggest getting over-splits since that is easier. thats what i did and now i have really good splits AND really good heel stretches :]
