Heel Stretch Stretches? Help Please !! Thank you soo much!?

I am able to do a heel stretch in the air but I am looking to get my leg straighter and higher. Even if one of my legs is straight, the other is bent. What are some stretches I could do to improve this skill? Also partner stretches can be difficult because the people at my house (sister, don't know how and don't feel like it)

  1. go in spilts and hold them for a while practice standing on stuff will in your heel stretch go aggainst the wall and you can also think of other stuff that would help oh and do more middle spilts it will help!


  2. Practice putting you leg against the wall at home.  You'll get it if you just keep practicing!  

  3. stand in a door way and put one legs up against the side and scoot your other leg closer and closer until you feel a pull and eventually youll be able to be standing right at the side

  4. practice doing your side splits as much as possible.and just randomly stand in a heel stretch position,it'll help bunches!


  5. I can get my leg completly up! I even did it in a pic. standing on a ladder! Use your wall, do some splits, strecth, join gymnastics, run, do pushups. Hopefully this helps!
