How tall would the high heels be on a 50 ft woman ?

the same size as they would on a 5 ft woman, heel sizes dont change

if the woman is 50 ft, and the heel is 3'', the woman would appear 50' 3''

It's a matter of proportions and ratios.

If a 5 foot woman wearing 3 inch heels were enlarged to equal 50 feet of woman, then the the ratio is x10.  3 inch heels would become 30" heels, or 5 feet tall.

If a 6 foot woman was wearing 2 inch heels were enlarged to 50 feet, then the ratio becomes x8.33.  The 2 inch heels would become 16.67 inches.

5 feet and 3 inches work easiest.  A 5 foot woman enlarged 100x becomes 500 feet tall, and her 3 inch heels become 300", or 25 feet tall.  Enlarge the same woman 1000x and she's 5000 feet tall with 250 feet tall heels.

It all a matter of ratios and proportions.
