I live here in rome and I am looking for a book with the above tittle and author in italian language. How can i get it? I do not have credit care.Thanks

I couldn't find a book by him with that title. However, you might want to check this link as it could be a "discorso" contained in a book by a different title. The link is BOL Gruppo Mondadori on line, but I'm sure that whatever they sell online they will also have in their normal bookstores. You can look up the nearest to you, phone in and ask.
