I just turned 16 and I am 5'9". My doctor thinks that I will grow a little bit more. Am I tall enough to play shooting guard in Division 3? What is the average height of a Division 3 shooting guard? I think I am a better shooting guard than point guard as I am a better shooter than ball handler.

  3. You are tall enough to play shooting gaurd for NCAA division 3, as long as you are good enough.  I'm 5'10" and I played Division 2 NCAA basketball at the University of Massachusett - Lowell for all 4 years of college and I did great.  You just have to be quick and have a quick release.
