  1. Yes, it is possible to grow taller in early 20s. I grew half an inch when I was 20, turned 21 now long ago. I hope I can grow 2-3 more inches within 2 to 3 years. Dennis Rodman grew from 5'9" to 6'8" when he was 20, you can check his bio. It also said so in his documentary Beyond the Glory which you can find on youtube. I believe Lebron James grew like 2 inches pretty recently. There were several baseball players who grew like 2 inches in early 20s and the late Jonathon Brandis didn't reach his adult height until 22. Some people are just late boomers. I didn't start puberty until I was 15 when most of my friends started when they were 12 or 13. I didn't even start shaving yet. Studies say some guys grow up to 25, but majority reach their peak between 18-21. But definitely possible.

  2. it's normal you are just finishing puberty, a good cut off age for puberty is 21 ,but we all don't fit in with the generalisation's so you could keep growing for a couple of years yet

  3. Guy above me is full of complete BS.  Pictures or no proof.  I am indeed 6 foot 10, and I've rarely, RARELY ever seen someone my height.  8 inches in a year at 22 that's complete bullshit sorry.  I grew from 17-18 2.5 inches from 6'7.5 -6'10.  I go to the gym 5 days a week and eat a shitload of food each day, I'm 29 years old, and 340lbs.

But yeah, I could see 1 inch in your 20's, maybe even 2, but 8 is complete bullshit, your growth plates are practically completely closed by the time you are 18, even if you are a late bloomer....by the time you are 25, your skeletal system is fully developed.

  4. I'm 23, and since last june I grew 8 inches.  I went from 6'2" to 6'10" and i still think i'm growing.
