Height for flag on gokart in new york state

Question

i am going to drive my gokart around some country roads this weekend. there are no lines and very little traffic, maybe one car an hour coming and going. i am going to add a flag for visibility as the gokart is very low to the ground. how high should it be? also, do you think anyone will give me problems while riding it. we have ridden gas scooters for a few years with no one complaining. do you see this as a different scenario or the same idea as a gas scooter? thanks. also, the people riding the go kart and scooters are between 14 and 16.

I found nothing for this except that the stadard go kart flag is between 3 to 6 feet in height.

For problems that you might have.........you are driving on country roads so yes you can be ticketed for this because a go kart must follow the same rules as a car or truck for safety, insurance and licensing so be safe and watch out......

davidm2232, I'm not too knowledable when it comes to auto repair. Last month I had some problems with my Pontiac Aztek and I wasn't sure how to fix them.
