  1. Anything with calcium will help you bones grow and vitamins. I'm 6'9" 295(muscle). I always loved milk as a kid and couldn't stop drinking it.

  2. hmn familiar,

im tall, about 6 foot and im starting to stop

which is a good thing coz i dont wanna be a giant lol

im tall because of my background

but i love my poridge, veggies and fruits

so i guess that will work

5"8 is just over average in your year

    so thats good for him

    and thats perfect for swimming

    trust me

  3. He is normal and maybe even above the average height for his age, and unfortunately you cannot make yourself grow more in height, swimming and milk will not do it..and he should still grow until he is 18 so tell him to be patient :P

  4. He's not short for his age.  Swimming, nor any other exercise, will not increase his height.  Most swimmers seem tall because that physical body type is just better at swimming.  I'm glad you drink milk everyday, it's good for you.

  5. You can't really do anything to make yourself taller, its just your genetics.

Just make sure you eat enough calcium and protein so you're not deficient, but that's all you can do to make the most of whatever your genes have planned for you.
