in your teens, is it possible to affect your height?

  1. yes there is actually, research has showed that people or maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine when they are a teenager actually grow taller then people who don't, also make sure to get lots of calcium.


  2. i dont really know what ur on about but im 16 and im 3.5ft but my brother who is 6 is 5.11ft its kind of wierd becuse my mum and dad are both disabled dwarves and my grampa looks like yoda.

    my sister who was born two days ago is now 6.6ft. were a strange family. oh also our skin is green and my grama has no hands and 1 foot coming out of her forehead. my uncle also has 1 leg in the middle sooooo its kind of difficult anway my brother had to type this as i have no fingers. thats about it. oh and we all weigh at least 16 stone...thats bye bye
