  1. Was your dad a late bloomer? What age did you hit puberty? Men stop growing in height at age 21, you have a chance of getting taller.

All i can say is drink lots of milk, and take multivitamin pills.

when i was 16 i was 5'6, near the end of my 17th birthday i hit 5'9, now i'm 18 at 5'10. At the age 17 i starting excersising and ate super healthy. ( My cousin was 5'7 at 20, he grew to 5'8 at 21)

my mom and dad are both 5'4

  2. The odds are you are done growing.  You could gain another inch, but likely not.  Your bones are usually finished growing at around your age.  The last bones to complete the growth process are the clavicles. (as late as age 25)  Which only determine shoulder width not height.  An X-ray of the long bones (tibia or femur) can tell you if you are done growing.  The X-ray will show the epiphiseal line near the end of the bones, which denotes the end of the growth prosess as far as height is concerned.

  3. it's possible, but unlikely.  I was 6'2" when I was 22, and now I'm 23 and I'm 6'10".

  4. If your 20 years old, you are about as tall as your going to get.  Enjoy it.  I am 6'1" and used to wish I was about 6" shorter.

  5. i don't believe that will be growing anymore, cause it is believed that once your reach 18, you don't grow anymore, but just to be sure, i would check with ur doctor and ask.
