I need to lose at least 10 pounds in three weeks. i really want to lose my belly fat but i dont know what to do..Please help.....

  1. Eat several small meals a day with emphasis on protein and fresh fruit and vegetables.  Increase your activity level (exercise) by 30 minutes to an hour a day.


  2.   First and most important, change your eating habits.  Try not to snack too much during the day.  Also try to not go over 400 calories for each meal.  ALWAYS eat breakfast.

      Then establish a good workout routine for the week.  I try to go running ever other day and on the other days I do elliptical or a workout DVD.

      Don't expect to lose a lot of weight in one week.  Give it time.

  3. I have heard different suggestions.

    Some people say you need to eat often, but in very small amounts.

    But i think that a good diet would be to eat mainly just vegetables, fruits,and meat.

    Also it is strongly suggested to speed walk everyday for maybe 10 km
