Question

Okay, on my yahoo answers profile I allow people to message and email me, I want a link to my Yahoo 360, becuz it says it's hidden!

AND NO, I don't really want to put it in my bio.

Humm.. gee.. and no then you probably won't be able to do it if you won't put it into your about me section ... Yahoo is screwed up okay.. it is not going to get any better before it gets a lot worse okay? You have to do what you have to do to make things work when your on a site that is as buggy and spazzed out as this one is..

If you don't want to put it in your Y/A bio (i.e. the "About Me" section), then you're likely out of luck.

First, try clicking "My Profile" to the upper right of this Yahoo! Answers page, then clicking "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page. Scroll down to the Privacy section and check the option of showing the link to your 360 page. Click Preview button and then the Ok button.

If it doesn't work (it has been a buggy feature) or the option is missing, put a full link in your "About Me" section.

- Click "My Page"

- Click the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page".

- Choose PUBLIC as the permission group and click the "Go" button

- Click the "Top Page" link above your personal profile picture section on the left side.

- Select & copy the FULL web address that appears in your web browser's address bar (starting from the http:// part)

- Paste the address in your Y/A profile's "About Me" section with a space following it. If you have a Simple URL setup, use that instead. Make sure A SPACE follows the address.

The feature to display a 360 link is usually blocked to users who are under age 18. But it is also just a glitch for others.

Go to your yahoo profile. There it will say

Edit My Info, click on that.

Next, scroll down to where it says: Show link to my Yahoo! 360 page. Click on the box to the left of it and hit save. Then your link will show up. By the way if you are looking for 360 buddies I 'd be more than happy to have ya as a buddy:)
