Question:

Held my pee in for 8 hours on a plane??

and anything else that comes out coz i ate alot of things.

now i got a belly ache, what can i do sooth it.

  1. Are you crazy?!? Try drinking peppermint tea or some cranberry juice!


  2. Well if you don't have to go then don't force it, but if you do then get in there and do your thing. I go just about ever 30 mint it seams. I guess one could say I have an over active bladder and it sucks. If I don't go pee when I have the need I then get some of the worst back aches, or I have to do the other and that can and does become very nasty at 52. So if I was you it is best to get in there because later in life you will wish you had. I can recall when I could last all day now i wish I could.

  9. good job for being able to hold your pee that long!  most women i know would've peed their pants long before 8 hours.

    the best way to soothe this is a citrus fruit drink (orange juice, grapefruit juice, etc.)

  10. Think of it this way - its only like having eight hours of sleep a night in which you dont go to the loo! (unless u wake up desparate!) Just drink pleanty of water to flush everything through and take a warm bath and a hot waterbottle on the bottom of you back.

  14. i know cranberry juice will help to prevent bladder issues and how can u do that?!? i can barely hold it in for 3!

  18. I'm sorry but this really made me laugh! why would you do that?! there are toilets.. all i can say is take paracetamol and try not to do it again..? Although you might of damaged yourself cas that ain't healthy!

  20. Peppermint tea is really good for digestive ailments. As to the person who asked why you would do that. I hate going on a place for two reasons: The walk of shame down the aisle and the condition of public toilets. Sorry but I'd rather hold it!!

  23. Try drinking come cranberry juice.

    Rub your stomach or put a hot water bottle on it for a few minutes.

    Also - how did you manage to hold in for 8 hours?

    I almost wet myself when I had to hold it in for 4!!

  24. No matter how bad the toilets are it's not good to hold it in.

  25. Just go to the bathroom and also rub your belly a bit. I held everything for three days when I was a kid... and my parents said I'd get kidney stones. I don't know if it's true, but I never hold it in because of this.

  27. I had the same thing, I suffered from an infection in the bladder for a week and I looked like I was pregnant in my 5th month. You must drink lots of tea, mint tea to clean it and visit the bathroom every 10 minutes to clean the bladder and don't ever do that again (it happened to me) it could cause blood poisning.
