yes they do pay for the food, its not a real restuarant that is open to the public, but they do hire those people that do eat there to get there feedback on the performance and taste of the expirience they had..but yes they do pay for the food they eat.

I just finished watching that show.  I love it!!!!

I think so. Last episode they said that the pizza's sold for over $100 each.

I think they probably do, but it also wouldnt surprise me if they didnt have to and were just like actors or something

Maybe you pay a ticket price and not food, since half the time the food doesn't come out then FOX wouldn't make Any money...

No, during the season the diners at h**l's Kitchen do not pay for the meals. It is taken care of by the network as far as cost of food & the in training chef's are working for free. Up until last week, the people in the dining room had yet to receive their main course and desserts so & I know there is never any checks left at the table or money exchanged between Jean Phillipe and the diners.

It was a pizza that Chef Ramsey made that costs $200.00 in his restaurant in London
