h**l All Over Again!!!What SHould I do!~

Well tomorrow I am going to Ontario to visit family. As it so happens last year TO THIS DAY I went on a plane to visit my family BY MYSELF! And I puked and puked and got really bad anxitey probelms the following year. What should I do to stop this form happening because gravol and prozac is NOT helping this time I am with my mom but still i am scared!

  1. This is what i found in a magazine i havent had the chance to try it  but i also get nauseos:

    Sit in a comfortable position and relax,close your eyes the secret lies in concentrating on your breathing.

    Release the air from your lungs gradually,let the air go into your body without effort.

    While breathing imagine that the air you are breathing is light blue charged with positive energy,also imagine the air you let out is an intense colour and that all your tension and worries are expelled along with it

    Do this for as long as neccesary the important thing is to try and relax.

    When you feel that you are at ease open your eyes slowly and try to maintain the state of calm and tranquility that you attained with this excercise.


  2. i seriously suggest not eating anything. just drinking water or gingerale.

  3. Dramamine! It will relax you and keeps you from getting motion sickness.

    it's suppose to make you sleep i believe.  

  5. Well taking medicine may not help either because it will probably just come back up. Do you have an ipod or anything like that? Listen to your music that you like and just relax. It may also help to talk to the people next to you. That's what i did. Just start up a conversation most of the people on the plane are very friendly
