h**l week is coming up?

Let me just give you a visual of myself i'm turning 14 ok.I'm 6'1 249 lb. (a big kid not exactly what you would call fat but big). and I'm a fast runner w/ a lil stamina.OK now details,h**l week is coming up on Aug. 21st. and its the 13th. I've been jogging for a hour every morning and but i don't think that is alot of bull sh*t i have been doing.Please give me tips so I can make it through h**l week and what to to eat and drink before and after because i have 2 sessions a day.I know i'm kind of late but i still can do something.Please help ASAP! Thanks.

  1. ive been to h**l week  and the thing is that you have to eat well that means {NO JUNK FOOD AT ALL} drink a lot of water so you wont get dehydrated. in h**l week you will have time to rest in you reps. when you feel that you cant breath put you hands on your head it will open your respiratory system and let more air in,. try run up and down a hill it will help you get more stamina or stairs. if you get cramps eat bananas and drink lots of water/


  2. u need to run uphill. that way u build ur muscles as if ur running downhill all the time. that is how walter payton did it. drink vitamin water and regular water to stay hydrated. eat alot of banannas even if u dont like em because they are the best supply of potassium u can find. this will keep u from cramping. i suggest u eat more vegetables and pastas. DO NOT DRINK COKES. DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD. trust me man it will kill u. also make sure u dont drink milk or eat eggs because it will make u sick. jogging for an hour is good but u need to incorporate some 20 and 30 yard sprints to work on natural speed. besides that there is no way to prepare for it except after the first day u will know whether or not u can handle it. i remember two a days, u talk about fun man. its tough but looking back it was alot of fun. dont get injured and remember to eat bannanas so u dont cramp. good luck
