Let me just give you a visual of myself i'm turning 14 ok.I'm 6'1 249 lb. (a big kid not exactly what you would call fat but big). and I'm a fast runner w/ a lil stamina.OK now details,h**l week is coming up on Aug. 21st. and its the 13th. I've been jogging for a hour every morning and but i don't think that is alot of bull sh*t i have been doing.Please give me tips so I can make it through h**l week and what to to eat and drink before and after because i have 2 sessions a day.I know i'm kind of late but i still can do something.Please help ASAP! Thanks.
