Question

I have a pretty creepy neighbor who watches me from his window and when i catch him staring, he will close the blinds and turn the light off like it was nothing. The other day it was 2am and i looked out my window and he was staring into mine and then turned his light off again. He also curses at me and my friends when he feels like it. What do i do?

Tell your parents? Call the cops? If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you should definitely call someone.  There's laws against stalking ya' know.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.  Have a friend get close to his window and put your speaker phone on when you are performing your daily routine when you notice him, tell your friend to take the picture, then post the picture around town and on windshields and have the message attached to it read.  This is (insert his name) he is on a mission to become the all time starring contest champion, please help him by starring at him.    muaahahhahahahah
