I want something good once in a while.....I mean im just a 13 year old girl livin a normal life.................not so normal. ok the thing is every day my family eats DISGUSTING food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like for lunch we have store bought cheap pizza or sometimes storebought frozen fish fillets that taste like c**p.

Anyways my question is Is there anything I can buy thats cheap and good the next time we go to the supermarket?!!!!!!and healthy?

  1. Have you offered to cook??

    Maybe it's just because your parents don't have the time or energy to cook a meal for everyone. Find a few recipes, give your parents the list of ingredients you will need, and ask to cook dinner for the family a few nights.

    Cooking every night can get exhausting! Sometimes you gotta go with the cheap pizzas just to have a break from cooking!


  2. I really thought something was bad wrong with you when I read your question because you said you were dying.  And then I read it and found out it was about disgusting food.  You are not dying, at least you have food to eat.

  3. well have you tried ALDI, they have good food there, and cheap. they have everything, cheese, fruits, veggies, pizza, buffalo wings, anything and i think it is really good. So Maybe You will Like this supermarket, i mean it is not the best but it is better than buying food from the dollar store.

  6. You can get more fruits and vegetables or even try to grow your own. I'm sure you can check out google and get some ideas how to grow lettuce and tomatoes. It's cheap and healthy.

  8. well, hamburger helper is an option, Tuna fish in a can. and you are not a spoiled brat. you just dont like some foods!

  9. Grilled cheese sandwhich on whole-wheat bread, along with tomatoe soup.

    Spaghetti and garlic toast & corn on the cob.

    Chilli hotdogs & salad.

    Just a few suggestions. Good luck maybe your family wants a change too, but can't afford it.
