Do you think that acquaintance and/or stranger rape should be treated differently or equal in the Criminal Justice System?

If you can give me some opinions that would be wonderful... Thank you :))

Law does not distinguish acquaintance from non acquaintance in the matter of rape.Even a husband cannot commit the act of intercourse by coercion. If the constituents of rape are made out the  person alleged to have committed the same is liable to be tried.

They should be treated the same.  I think forcible rape is a life charge.  It is the ultimate violation violent crime.
