Hello, How can I learn to use an old camcorder?

My father gave me a camcorder he bought in a travel thet he made to Japan. He used the camera few times but now he is a little "forgetful" about how to use (he is to old, i love him but thats the truth), he lost the handbook. Now the cammera has some tags around the buttons but they are in Japaness. How can I learn to use this camera?

Can I get a copy of the handbook in english in some place?

Can I download it in someplace?

Can I translate in some ways the tags?
